Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Weblease website (weblease.se), the WPilot WordPress plugin, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Weblease, a Swedish digital agency.

Weblease provides web development services and the WPilot AI-powered WordPress plugin. WPilot is a software plugin that integrates with WordPress to provide AI-assisted site building, content management, SEO optimization, and other features through a chat-based interface.

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WPilot plugin subject to the following:

• The plugin must be used only on WordPress sites you own or have authorization to manage.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin.
• You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin.
• You must provide your own Claude API key from Anthropic for AI functionality. API usage costs are billed directly by Anthropic.
• One license key corresponds to one WordPress installation, unless specified otherwise by the plan (e.g., Team plan includes 3 licenses).

WPilot is available under the following plans:

• Free: 20 AI prompts total. No payment required.
• Pro ($19/month): Unlimited prompts, all features, priority support. Billed monthly.
• Team ($49/month): 3 licenses, unlimited prompts, all features. Billed monthly.
• Lifetime ($299 one-time): Unlimited access forever. Limited availability.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days.

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Content and modifications generated by WPilot are AI-assisted. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all changes made by WPilot to your WordPress site. All changes can be undone using the built-in undo feature.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using WPilot, you acknowledge that AI prompts are processed through third-party AI services (Anthropic). You must not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, or confidential information through the AI chat.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weblease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or downtime caused by AI-generated modifications to your WordPress site. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the WPilot service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Services for illegal purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
